Background Painting

Thiefish is an upcoming 2D animated short film I co-directed with Madhava Kinnicutt. I was responsible for the bg painting guide as well as the visual style of the short film. While not all of them are shown below, I created over 50 paintings.

Overgrown! is a 2.5D RPG game created by SCAD Animation Studios x SCAD ITGM about a young botanist by the name of Lily who searches for her father in an overgrown (haha) museum. Here's the layouts I painted for the game cinematics!

Cosmos Cuisine is a 2 and a half minute long 2D animated film about how alien ingredients get to their final restaurant destination. I had the pleasure of directing a team of 20 and creating a visual style for the film. The first three and the last one were lined by Abraham Sierra and painted by me, while I blocked, lined, and painted all of the rest.

Kitty is a 2024 SCAD Atlanta capstone film directed by Isabella Holzberger that I was able to do extra help for. In the 2000s centered film, a young girl finds and befriends a baby possum.
