Niimi's Dance is based in a world heavily inspired by Chippewa legends. In this world, a young and selfish huntress who has great difficulty using rune magic needs to go on a journey with an old man and a hare to get the forest to move on from autumn, but an old village friend desperate to stop death itself is not going to let that happen.
